- Pickup bulletins from
Office/Reception area and put some out on table, keep some to give out. - Stand at Sanctuary doors
and welcome people and hand them a bulletin |

- Ensure all
Greeters/Ushers are there; - Assign two people to take
a headcount; - Assign two people to
collect the friendship pad sheets; - Assign Offering lineup

When Prelude starts |
Close doors to Sanctuary
for quiet meditation prior to start of service. At the end of the Prelude, you can sit
down. |

After Choir has processed forward and is seated |
Take attendance (a
headcount) – You can do this from the balcony and/or the back of the
Sanctuary. Include the children in the
nurseries. Do not include the
ministers, organist, or Music Director.
Ensure the count gets on top Friendship Pad sheet. |

Move to the back and lineup
for Offering Collection quietly. |

After the Service |
- Collect Friendship pad
sheets - Mark service date, time,
and headcount on top sheet (don’t forget balcony, choir loft) - If this is the end of the
first service, straighten sanctuary (get rid of trash, put stray hymnals,
bibles in back of seats or end of row chairs which don’t have a chair in
front of them - side rows only) |
